CEE GRADUATE PROGRAM / P.R.E.P. (Professional Real Estate Program)

Our CEE Graduate Program is a structured programme to kickstart your career in Commercial Real Estate in one of the leading Global Real Estate Advisors/ Cushman & Wakefield. This program will allow you to build network internally with colleagues from various teams as well as externally with key clients in the industry.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the CEE Graduate international Project about?
You will be part of international team, consisting of participants to P.R.E.P. program from other CEE countries. Your task will be to analyse a concrete Real Estate case, propose solution and present it to Intenrational Commitee consisting of relevant commercial Real Estate experts.

How long does my rotation last and why is the rotation important?
You will go through 1-2 rotations consisitng of approximately 6 months before you will join your destination team.

Who will help me integrate in the company?
You will be assigned a Budy, who will try to help you settle in smoothly.

What trainings will I take part in during this program?
You will be invited for mutiple virtual & physical trainings during this program, focusing on the following skillset: Negatiations, Presentations & Pitching, Business Development
